Operational performance indicators

Exploration and Production

Liquid hydrocarbon production in 1H 2026 increased to 89.8 mln tons (3.69 mln bpd). The growth was driven by higher production from the Company's offshore projects, the completion of repairs at certain assets, and the easing of oil production cuts in accordance with the decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Company’s gas production in 1H 2026 increased to 42.28 bcm (1.42 mln boepd) due to higher production from new projects in Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.

As a result, the Company's hydrocarbon production in 1H 2026 increased to 124.6 mln toe (5.12 mln boepd).

1H 2026 production drilling footage exceeded 5.2 mln meters, and over 1.3 th. new wells were commissioned, with 76% of them being horizontal.

In preparation for the 2026 technical launch, work on laying the trunk oil pipeline was nearing completion as of the end of June. Oil pipeline cleaning, calibration, and pressure testing operations were completed; in-line inspection is currently underway. In late July, the phased filling of the pipeline system with oil commenced.

Construction readiness for the acceptance of vessels was ensured at two cargo berths and a berth for the port fleet at the Sever Bay Port terminal. The construction of the first oil loading berth is at a high readiness posture, while the filling and construction of process structures at the second berth continues. The final stages of construction are in progress at the site facilities to launch external transport system for the Vostok Oil Project.

Refining

In 1H 2026, refining throughput in Russia was 35.5 mln tons. A reduction in the refining throughput was attributed to maintenance and repair operations as well as the continuing logistical constraints. The refining depth amounted to 76.2%, while the yield of light products was 60.2%.

Sustainable supply of high-quality motor fuel to Russian consumers, especially during the period of severe oil product shortages, is one of Rosneft's key priorities. In 1H 2026, the Company sold 18.8 mln tons of petroleum products on the domestic market.

Rosneft continues to actively trade on the St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange. In 1H 2026, the Company sold 3.8 mln tons of gasoline and diesel fuel on the Exchange, the share of the Company's sales in the total exchange sales of these petroleum products exceeded 29%.
